Scope
This notice explains how ShipTrackly uses information in its shipment tracking portal and contact form. For privacy questions, contact support@shiptrackly.com.
Information we use
Shipment records may contain a customer name, contact details, delivery address, product information, payment amount entered by staff, package details and tracking events. Contact requests contain the information you enter in the form. Basic request information may also be processed by the hosting provider to operate and protect the website.
How information is used
Information is used to display shipment progress, respond to inquiries, maintain order records, prevent misuse and operate the website. Contact-form consent relates to your inquiry and does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Public tracking pages
Anyone who has a tracking number may be able to view its tracking page. The portal masks customer names and address details and does not show email addresses or payment amounts publicly. Treat your tracking number as private and share it only when necessary.
Service providers and transfers
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Where a carrier-tracking integration is configured, tracking numbers may be sent to that provider to retrieve shipment information. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Cookies and external resources
An essential session cookie is used for administrator sign-in. The public tracking and contact pages do not require an account. This implementation does not add advertising or analytics cookies, and its images, fonts and icons are served locally or by the device.
Retention and requests
Records remain available while needed for shipment administration, support and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to identity verification and any legal retention requirements. Rights vary by location; we will consider requests under the law that applies to you.
